Refund Policy

Terms of Services

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • New Customers: If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days from the initial purchase, you may request a full refund of the hosting service fees paid.
  • Service Disruptions: If we fail to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for availability during a given billing period, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Service Termination: If we terminate your hosting services for reasons other than your violation of the terms of service, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the prepaid hosting service fees.

2. Non-Refundable Fees and Services

Certain fees and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain Registration or Transfer Fees: Domain registration or transfer fees are non-refundable once the registration or transfer process has been initiated.
  • Setup Fees: Any one-time setup fees associated with your hosting service are non-refundable.
  • Additional Services: Fees for any additional services, such as SSL certificates or dedicated IP addresses, are non-refundable.
  • Overages and Usage Fees: Fees incurred due to excessive resource usage, bandwidth overages, or other similar charges are non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must submit a refund request through our designated support channel within the eligible refund period. The refund request must include your account details, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation or evidence, if applicable. We will review the refund request and, if approved, process the refund within [X] business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. We reserve the right to issue refunds in the form of credit toward future services instead of a monetary refund, at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to address your concerns, you will be disqualified from receiving any refunds. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, your hosting services may be suspended or terminated until the matter is resolved.

6. Modifications to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically to stay informed about any updates or changes.
