Services Eligible for Refund

We offer refunds for the following services, provided that the refund request is made within 7 days of the payment date:

All Web Hosting Types: This includes shared hosting, economic hosting, unlimited hosting, business hosting, offshore hosting, bulletproof hosting, DMCA ignored hosting, cloud hosting, cPanel hosting, LiteSpeed hosting, PHP hosting, FTP hosting, MySQL hosting, Python hosting, NodeJS hosting, email hosting, ecommerce hosting, WordPress hosting, WooCommerce hosting, Magento hosting, PrestaShop hosting, OpenCart hosting, Drupal hosting, Joomla hosting, Shopware hosting, Laravel hosting, HTML hosting, CodeIgniter hosting, Bootstrap hosting, React hosting, Angular hosting, and VueJS hosting.
All Cloud Server Packages: This includes cheap cloud server, premium hardware server, high RAM cloud server, high CPU cloud server, high disk cloud server, NVMe disk cloud server, DDR5 RAM cloud server, storage cloud server, secure cloud server, managed cloud server, unmanaged cloud server, USA cloud server, and Washington cloud server.
VPN Packages

Services Not Eligible for Refund

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

Domains: Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers.
Bare Metal Servers: All bare metal server packages.
Dedicated Servers: All dedicated server packages.
SSL Certificates: All types of SSL certificates.
Colocation Services: Any colocation services provided.
External Services: This includes third-party services and software licenses such as cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, etc.

Refund Request Process

Submitting a Refund Request: Refund requests must be submitted through the Client Area or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. The request must include the reason for the refund and any relevant details.
Review of Refund Request: Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the details and attempt to resolve any issues or concerns that may have led to the request. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
Approval and Processing of Refunds: If a refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Refunds will be provided in the same currency and amount as originally paid, minus any applicable fees or commissions. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days from the date of approval.

Conditions and Limitations

Refunds for Web Hosting and Cloud Services

Eligibility: Refunds for eligible web hosting and cloud server services must be requested within 7 days of payment. Services will be terminated immediately upon approval of the refund.
Data Retention: Upon termination of services, all data associated with the service will be deleted. It is the Client’s responsibility to back up any data before requesting a refund.

No Refunds for Domains and Dedicated Services

Domains: Domain registration fees are non-refundable. This includes renewals and transfers.
Bare Metal and Dedicated Servers: All fees related to bare metal servers and dedicated servers are non-refundable due to the costs associated with provisioning and maintaining these services.
SSL Certificates: Fees for SSL certificates are non-refundable as they are issued by third-party providers.
Colocation Services: Fees for colocation services are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.

No Refunds for External Services

Third-Party Services: Refunds are not available for third-party services and software licenses such as cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, etc.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Dispute Resolution: If you believe that your billing or charges are incorrect, it is necessary to reach out to us in writing. Both parties agree to work together in good faith to resolve any billing disputes.
Service Suspension: In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the service(s) associated with the disputed transaction will be suspended until the dispute is resolved. The Client is responsible for all fees and expenses incurred due to the chargeback or dispute.
Account Suspension: If a chargeback is initiated, the Client's account may be suspended, and all associated services may be terminated without notice. To resume services, all outstanding payments and fees must be paid in full.
Permanent Termination: In cases of blatant payment or criminal fraud chargebacks, the service will be permanently terminated without the opportunity for recovery. This policy is non-negotiable and enforced permanently.

Service Termination and Data Loss

Client Responsibility: Virtualine is not responsible for any data loss resulting from service suspension, termination, or cancellation. Clients are responsible for backing up their data and ensuring its security.
Data Retention: We reserve the right to retain the Client’s data if a cancellation request was made erroneously. However, the data will not be transferred to another client or any third party except as provided by our Terms of Service and applicable legislation.

No Refunds for Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency Transactions: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency and digital assets, refunds for payments made with cryptocurrencies are not available. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to erratic market exchange rates, and we accept no responsibility for any associated risks.
Non-Reversible Transactions: Cryptocurrency transactions are non-reversible, and refunds are only made to the address from which the payment originated. If access to this address is not available, refunds are not processed except in very rare cases by mutual agreement.

Amendments to Refund Policy

Virtualine reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Refund Policy regularly to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any amendments to this policy.
